At MinoKids.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The size received is different from the one ordered.
• The return request is made within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With original tags and packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or washed products
• Items damaged after delivery
• Products without original tags
• Clearance or final sale items unless defective

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or received the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Photos of the item if damaged or incorrect
• Reason for the return
